The Company has purchased a 4 tne/day
incineration test bed from the Council for Scientific Industrial Research - South Africa, and
repatriated it to the UK to be redesigned and rebuilt as an ECLIPS Demonstrator/Research &
Development/OperatorTraining plant. See below.
The plant is currently located near
Portsmouth, Hampshire awaiting construction, which will take approximately 8-9 months to
complete.
Post trials & testing, the
completed ECLIPS facility will become:
- A 'Research &
Development' (R&D) facility for new Eclips design concepts for power
station coal-cleaning and commercial hydrogen production.
- An R&D facility for industry and academia, offering chemical and
energy research at combustion temperatures in excess of 1000°C
degrees C, developing into a small seedbed science-technology park.
- A 'Training Simulator' for operators of commercial ECLIPS plants
worldwide.
- A market product 'Demonstrator' to win commercial contracts.
- A global 'Showcase' to:
- Financial institutions with long-term
investment plans into clean environmental projects.
- Governments and VIPs developing a
clean-green eco-environment
- CEOs
with significant power generation and/or waste disposal needs
